QUOTATIONS Quotations are valid for a period of 14 from quotation date. By accepting the quotation you accept the terms and conditions set out herein. Prices quoted may be subject to alteration due to any increase in the cost of materials and/or labour and/or freight occurring after the date of quotation prior to delivery, Integrity Apparel & Promotions (‘Integrity’) will inform the client of any increases in costs when applicable. Prices quoted are exclusive of GST unless otherwise stated. Indent orders are quoted on the basis of the current exchange rate at the time the quotation is prepared. The Customer shall bear any additional cost due to an increase in the exchange rate between the date of the quotation and the date of the order. Integrity will notify the client of any increases due to exchange rates. ORDERING All orders must be confirmed in writing by email. Verbal orders will NOT be accepted. PAYMENT TERMS Payment terms are 50% deposit on placement of order with the balance paid prior to dispatch of goods. Title to the goods does not pass until payment is received in full. All costs incurred in collection of moneys owing will be for the purchaser’s account in addition to the invoice value. We accept Direct Deposit, Credit Card (Mastercard & Visa) or cheque. A 2.2% PROCESSING FEE applies for all credit card payments. ARTWORK Prices are based on the supply of artwork in the correct format Vector files are required in EPS, AI or PDF format. If you cannot supply correct artwork files we may need to have it re-drawn at an additional charge of between $60 and $100. To avoid mistakes we will email to you a copy of the artwork layout for you to approve before the commencement of production. SET-UP Most decoration methods require a specific set-up of machinery involved for plates, pads, screens etc. Each job is quoted accordingly and provided to you in your initial quote. LEAD TIMES Delivery times are subject to stock availability and are approximates. We cannot be held responsible for goods lost or delayed, international or Australian Customs departments OR by ‘acts of God’. Missing a deadline due to courier delays is no basis for rejecting a job. FULFILLMENT Due to the complex nature of some production processes we reserve the right to over or under ship by 5% and charge accordingly. The over/under rate for plastic bags is 10% to 15%. ORDER CANCELLATION All relevant costs up to date of cancellation will be charged accordingly. Charges can vary from job to job (depending on job status), but typically the costs involved are artwork fees, set-up costs, restocking fee or full payment of the job if the goods have already been decorated. CLAIMS OR RETURNS All claims of incorrect, damaged or missing items must be made in writing within 7 days of receiving the goods. Claims or returns will only be accepted if there is a fault in the goods supplied or an error in the decoration of the goods. Faulty goods must be returned for inspection prior to refund or replacement. URGENT ORDERS All efforts will be made to fulfill urgent orders. All extra expense will be passed on to the client. The client will be advised prior to commencement. |
